How do I connect to the server?

To connect to MafiaCraft simply open minecraft, go to multiplayer, add MafiaCraft to the server name and add Play.MafiaCraft.co.uk to the server address. Click done and then click on MafiaCraft and click join server. You will then be entered into the game. MafiaCraft will now be an option on your list of servers on multiplayer.

I cannot connect to the server?

The server will always be online unless we are experiencing problems. If this occurs we will do our best to inform you on this web page and ask that you contact staff. We will try to get it running again as quickly as possible. However if there is no information on this website we suggest that if you cannot connect to the server you check you have correctly typed the server address and that you are not experiencing network problems.

What are my powers on the server?

Type /help in game to see the full extent of the available commands and what they do.

How do I leave the city and begin my life as a drug dealer?

Leave Redshore City in whatever means or direction you wish. Once you have left and are in the wild, we suggest that you begin to earn money, join mafias and rank up!

What is a Mafia and how do I join one?

A mafia is another name for a faction, in which people can join and produce and sell drugs as a team! You can also take part in world PvP battles with your mafia and battle to become the most dominant on the server.

How do I rank up?

Users will be required to spend the money they earn on ranking up. Once you have enough money, you can type the command: “/rankup” to rank up! To check the prices for the ranks, visit the spawn signs at “/spawn. To check your balance, type: “/balance”.

How do I gain more coins and where can I view my balance?

To gain more coins users needs to sell drugs or complete quests. Users will not be able to gain coins from killing other users, but may be able to steal drugs and other items. Members will receive monthly gifts of coins. Coins will be depleted when users buy items. To check your balance, users should type “/balance” into the chat.

How do I grow drugs?

Each user will receive a set amount of seeds when they first enter the server. They will need to quickly establish a base in which to grow their drugs. There are currently 4 different types of drugs on this server.

Drugs you can sell:

Wheat - Cannabis Cactus - M Kat Mushrooms - Magic Mushrooms. Sugar cane - Cocaine

How do I sell my drugs?

To sell your drugs travel to Redshore City and look for the sewers. Be careful to avoid other players who can kill you to obtain your drugs in PvP zones! Once in the sewers search for the mafia boss' drug lair to sell your items.

Can I become a member of staff?

We are currently not recruiting for staff, but if you submit a request to a member of staff on the chance of becoming a Mod and are well established on the server your request will be taken into consideration. However do not do so lightly. We are adamant that Mods be civil and respectful players, who do not abuse their powers in anyway and act in the good of the server.

What are the privileges of being a donor/member?

Being a member requires you to give monthly donations to the server. With this however, you will gain benefits, such as a monthly payment of coins, enchanted armour & tools, with a bank safe to store your items. The bank is a very useful feature as it is the only place to securely keep items. There are many more additional features. Visit www.MafiaCraft.co.uk/donate to see the packages available! Not only this but members will gain priority from the staff. This does not mean that staff will side with you, but that they will come to your quarrels first. Think of it as a fast track ticket. Members are also guaranteed a server slot when the server is full!

What are quests and how do I initiate them?

Quests allow users to take a break from the life as a crime lord and allow them to embark on adventures. To learn of current quests, users should go to the spawn and toward the quests' wall. On the wall will be a list of quests with some information. Users can now begin the quests'. For some quests to be completed and users to gain their rewards they will need to return to the quests' wall. Some quests require users to search for items, or to embark on journeys. Some are even hidden. What they all have in common however, is rewards. Quests will be updated often however; so don't miss out!

What is P.V.P and how will it affect me?

Player Versus Player allows other users to fight and kill one another. Whilst this will not be activated in Redshore City or Larkhill, it will be activated in the wild and the sewers. This means that staff will not respond to any complaints about murder, thievery or griefing. The life of a criminal is not an easy one.

How do I buy and sell items?

Throughout Redshore City there will be certain shops that sell certain items. To learn of these shops and their relative locations we urge you to look at the places page. Most shops contained items displayed. You can left click for the price of the item and right click to buy. However, unless you are the rank dealer or above, you can only sell drugs which is a right click to a sign! Dealers or above have the ability to create auctions and can sell any items they want!
